Rip & Ship Experience

All products are opened live during our scheduled streams. Once opened, your cards can either be shipped directly to you or securely stored in the Pokeruptcy Vault for up to 90 days, allowing you to combine future purchases and save on shipping costs.

Vault Option

Build your collection over multiple streams without paying shipping each time. Vaulted items can be combined with future purchases and shipped together whenever you're ready.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of Rip & Ship products, refunds are generally unavailable once a product has been opened live. Refunds may only be issued if:

• The incorrect item was purchased or fulfilled.

• The order has not yet been opened on stream.

• The item received is materially different from what was advertised.

• A pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory issues.
