SHIPPING & VAULT POLICY
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after a shipment request has been made.
For Rip & Ship purchases, products are opened during a livestream or recorded opening session and then either added to the customer's Vault or prepared for shipment, depending on the option selected by the customer.
Processing times may vary during product releases, pre-order fulfillment periods, promotions, holidays, livestream events, or other high-volume periods.
2. Pre-Order Products
Certain products may be offered as pre-orders prior to Pokeruptcy Retail LLC receiving inventory.
Release dates, inventory arrival dates, shipment dates, and livestream opening dates are estimates only and are subject to change.
Pre-order products may be delayed due to manufacturer allocations, distributor delays, shipping interruptions, inventory shortages, or circumstances outside Pokeruptcy Retail LLC's control.
Customers will be notified of significant fulfillment delays when reasonably possible.
3. The Vault
Pokeruptcy Retail LLC offers a Vault service that allows customers to store eligible purchases and combine multiple orders into a future shipment.
Vaulted items may be stored for up to 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon by Pokeruptcy Retail LLC.
Customers may continue adding eligible purchases to their Vault during this period and may request shipment at any time by purchasing shipping or selecting an available shipping option.
Pokeruptcy Retail LLC may contact customers regarding Vault contents approaching the storage limit but is not obligated to do so.
4. Combined Shipping
Vault orders are eligible for combined shipping.
By utilizing the Vault, customers may consolidate multiple purchases into a single shipment, potentially reducing shipping costs.
Pokeruptcy Retail LLC reserves the right to combine multiple orders from the same customer when practical and appropriate.
5. Shipping Options
Standard Postage (Untracked)
Standard postage may be available for certain lower-value shipments.
By selecting standard postage, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

Tracking information will not be provided.

Insurance coverage is not included.

Delivery confirmation may not be available.

Pokeruptcy Retail LLC cannot verify delivery once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Pokeruptcy Retail LLC is not responsible for items lost, delayed, damaged, stolen, misdelivered, or otherwise unaccounted for after mailing.
Customers selecting standard postage assume the risk associated with untracked shipments.
Tracked and/or Insured Shipping
Tracked shipping includes carrier tracking information and may include insurance depending on the service selected.
Customers are strongly encouraged to select tracked shipping for higher-value orders.
Pokeruptcy Retail LLC reserves the right to require tracked shipping for shipments exceeding certain value thresholds, package sizes, or risk levels.
6. Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through USPS or other available carriers selected by Pokeruptcy Retail LLC based on package size, destination, value, and service availability.
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, transportation and delivery services are controlled by the carrier.
7. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available and applicable to the selected shipping method.
For Vault shipments, tracking information will not be generated until the customer requests shipment and the order has been prepared for dispatch.
8. Shipping Delays
Pokeruptcy Retail LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS or other carrier delays

Severe weather conditions

Natural disasters
-
Holidays or peak shipping seasons

Service interruptions
-
Customs processing
-
Incorrect or incomplete address information

Circumstances beyond Pokeruptcy Retail LLC's reasonable control
Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
For untracked shipments, Pokeruptcy Retail LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, stolen, or otherwise not received after acceptance by the carrier.
For tracked shipments, customers should contact the carrier regarding delivery issues and insurance claims when applicable.
Pokeruptcy Retail LLC will reasonably cooperate with customers in providing shipment information when available.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pokeruptcy Retail LLC is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Pokeruptcy Retail LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to addresses supplied incorrectly by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped due to incorrect address information.
11. Unclaimed Vault Contents
Customers are responsible for requesting shipment of Vault contents before the expiration of the applicable storage period.
If Vault contents remain unclaimed beyond 90 days and the customer fails to respond to reasonable communication attempts, Pokeruptcy Retail LLC may assess storage fees, return items to inventory, liquidate items, donate items, dispose of items, or otherwise handle unclaimed property as permitted by applicable law.
No refunds will be issued for abandoned Vault contents.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pokeruptcy Retail LLC's liability for any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected product(s).
Pokeruptcy Retail LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from shipping delays, carrier errors, lost packages, or delivery issues.
13. Policy Changes
Pokeruptcy Retail LLC reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Vault Policy at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Continued use of the website, participation in livestreams, use of the Vault service, or purchases from Pokeruptcy Retail LLC constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
