REFUND POLICY
1. All Sales Final
All sales made through Pokeruptcy Retail LLC are considered final.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Sealed trading card products
-
Rip & Ship purchases
-
Booster packs
-
Booster boxes
-
Elite Trainer Boxes
-
Collection boxes
-
Single cards
-
Graded cards
-
Vaulted items
-
Any opened, unsealed, or live-opened products
Once a product has been opened, whether by the customer or during a Rip & Ship livestream, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following circumstances:

The wrong item was shipped.

An item was paid for but not shipped or delivered to the customer's Vault.
-
An item received was materially different from the product description.
Pokeruptcy Retail LLC reserves the right to request photographs, videos, order information, or other documentation before approving a refund or replacement.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
3. Rip & Ship Purchases
By purchasing a Rip & Ship product, the customer expressly authorizes Pokeruptcy Retail LLC to open the product on the customer's behalf during a livestream or recorded session.
Customers acknowledge and agree that:

Pack contents are random.

No specific cards, rarities, values, or grading outcomes are guaranteed.

Pull rates are determined solely by the manufacturer.

Product opening constitutes fulfillment of the purchased service.
Refunds, returns, exchanges, disputes, or chargebacks will not be granted due to:

Unfavorable pulls
-
Failure to obtain desired cards
-
Perceived pack value
-
Grading outcomes
-
Manufacturer collation or distribution
4. Card Condition Disclaimer
Cards are sourced directly from factory-sealed products.
Pokeruptcy Retail LLC does not guarantee PSA, BGS, CGC, or other grading outcomes.
Minor factory imperfections, including but not limited to:

Centering issues
-
Print lines
-
Surface scratches
-
Edge whitening
-
Factory defects
-
Minor manufacturing inconsistencies
are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
5. Vault Items
Items stored in the Vault remain subject to this Refund Policy.
Once an item has been opened during a Rip & Ship event and placed into the Vault, it is not eligible for refund or return.
Customers are responsible for requesting shipment of Vault contents within the applicable Vault storage period.
No refunds will be issued for abandoned or unclaimed Vault contents.
Items stored in the Vault remain the property of the customer until shipped, except as otherwise provided under the Unclaimed Vault Contents provisions of the applicable Shipping & Vault Policy.
Once a Rip & Ship product has been opened and placed into the Vault, it is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
6. Shipping Damage, Loss, and Delivery Issues
Shipping-related matters are governed by the Shipping & Vault Policy.
Customers selecting untracked postage acknowledge that delivery cannot be verified and that Pokeruptcy Retail LLC is not responsible for items lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered after mailing.
For tracked shipments, customers should work with the shipping carrier regarding transit-related claims.
Pokeruptcy Retail LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled and refunded at the sole discretion of Pokeruptcy Retail LLC prior to fulfillment.
Once a Rip & Ship product has been opened, an order has been shipped, or fulfillment has otherwise begun, the order may no longer be canceled.
8. Refund Request Deadline
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery or, for non-shipped issues, within seven (7) days of the date the issue becomes known.
Requests submitted after this period may be denied.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Pokeruptcy Retail LLC to attempt resolution of any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service and collection efforts where permitted by law.
10. Policy Changes
Pokeruptcy Retail LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
